What are T-coins?
T-coins are unique soccer currency on Tipsme, used to purchase football preferred picks. They have no expiration date and can be used indefinitely.
When will I receive my earnings from selling picks?
The system will settle the monthly earnings from selling picks at the end of each month. After deducting the transaction fees (15% for iOS/Android in-app purchases) and platform fees (30%), the net proceeds from selling picks will be transferred to the registered bank account on or before the 15th of the following month.
How can I filter out good-quality users?
You can refer to the leaderboard of the last ten games/last month, the handicap cup leaderboard classified by league, and the system-selected users with good recent performance.
How to rank in the leaderboard?
Each leaderboard has different criteria for ranking. Please check the 'Leaderboard Gameplay Description' in the app for details.
When will the match results and records be updated?
All match results will be confirmed after the Hong Kong Jockey Club confirms the dividends. Generally, it will be delayed by 15 minutes after the Jockey Club announcement.
